BÆSIS' was formed in 2007 when the paths of Frank and Dave crossed at a mutual customer. They realized that they could work well together, had similar interests, and had complementary skills. Frank was itching to get back to being a value added reseller (VAR) of state-of-the-art products, and Dave was looking for good products that were even better when coupled with services.

Leadership Team:
Frank Leonard is the president and head of sales. He has been in the customer advocate role for his entire career, with a brief hiatus to lead the charge in the development of Magnum Opus, a software package for closing attorneys. In the 90's, Frank was president of Integrated Computer Systems, which is later sold to Computer Associates. Frank also carries certifications in many software packages and hardware service.

Dave Clough is in charge of professional services, operations and marketing. He also has many years in high tech customer facing roles. He also has spent many years advising small and medium-sized businesses in strategic and operational areas, and he continues to consult (www.mpoweradvisors.com). One of his mantras is to "hire and retain the best" people, and we continue to follow this at BÆSIS.
